The "Basics for Kids" collection of classes invites kids to embark on a fun journey exploring various styles of mindfulness meditation. Through engaging activities like music, treasure hunting, movement, art, and storytelling, they’ll discover a whole new way to relax and express themselves!
Mindfulness Through Storytelling
This class engages kids in storytelling, connecting them to the present. They focus on the instructor’s tales, discovering how imagination aids in meditation.

Mindfulness Through Art
This meditation helps kids be mindful while drawing or coloring, connecting them with their emotions. It offers a chance to use art as a refreshing brain break.

Mindful Activities
Mindful Activities helps kids use their mindful eyes in an interactive “mindful treasure hunt” meditation. They learn to be present and grounded without needing movement or supplies.

Mindfulness Through Movement
This class helps kids learn gentle stretching and movement, regardless of participation level. They’ll use fun techniques to listen to their bodies and become mindful of their movements.

Mindfulness Meditation Through Music
This class teaches kids to use listening skills, memory, and imagination to identify instruments and count how often they hear a word in their favorite song. They can apply these techniques the next time they hear music.
